Firstly, Strictly follow the operating procedures:

Operators must not come into contact with molds during the operation of the unit to avoid damage to equipment and personnel caused by improper operation.Before use, check whether each lubrication point is fully lubricated and add lubricating oil if necessary to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.Strictly follow the operating procedures in the user manual and prohibit overloading operation.

Secondly, Regular inspection and maintenance:

Daily inspection: Check whether the appearance of the equipment is damaged or deformed, whether key components such as welding power supply, wire feeding device, welding torch are operating normally, whether each axis is running smoothly without jamming, and whether the electrical control system wiring is loose.Regular maintenance: Conduct deep cleaning of the equipment regularly to remove surface dirt and grease; Lubricate each axis using specialized lubricating oil; Maintain key components such as welding power supply and wire feeding device to ensure their stable performance.

Thirdly, Timely repair and replacement:

Once any equipment abnormalities are detected, such as mechanical component wear, electrode damage, etc., the machine should be shut down for inspection and repair in a timely manner.For components with severe wear and tear, such as motor bearings, gears, guide rails, etc., they should be replaced in a timely manner to prevent further damage.

Maintain the cleanliness of the cooling water, regularly replace the cooling water, and prevent water pipe blockage from causing equipment overheating.Check if the water pipes of the cooling system are unobstructed. If there are any blockages, they should be cleaned in a timely manner
